Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the original purchase date. The returned items should be in pristine condition, unused, with all tags and labels securely attached.

Refund/Exchange

Upon receiving your return and inspecting the item's condition, we'll process your request for a refund or exchange. Please allow a minimum of three days from the receipt of your item for us to complete the return or exchange process. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Exceptions

• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received defective or damaged.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after being received are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Returns postmarked beyond the 7-day return window will not be accepted.
• Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
